Weclome to The Taco Inspector's Midwest Taco Tour! I thought I'd try my luck in cities in a different part of the country and see how they get down with their tacos.
First stop on this tour is Chicago, Illinois, birthplace of The Taco Inspector, and home of Taqueria Cuerna on Cicero Avenue. I tripped out that the lady behind the counter thought I was an "inspector" from the city!

I don't know if it's a good thing, or a bad thing that you give them a heart attack when you approach. I guess it's a good thing because you know they are going to do their best to make your food good. Loved it! Can't wait till next week. Time for Tripas my friend. You can do it!
