  2. The corn tortillas are hand made, they are the best and actually make the meal!
    The horchata can be a little grainy and my hubby won't eat the shrimp tacos anymore because they were "dirty"... too bad - sooo tasty...

  4. Olá, como vai você, Isso é real? Eu não posso acreditar. Really?!?! you have been to Nogales, Tijuana, and so many other taco Carretas and you should know better what a real taco is, I mean c'mon Lemon insteead of Lime, Really?! Rice? Beans? have you ever seen this in any other taco Places? Taco inpsector only gets 1 Sombrero for this taco review.

    My favorite Carne Asada is in Santa Ana, Sonora at "Tacos Don Chon"

  11. I thought the best way to get an idea if a place makes good tacos is if they make good Al Pastor. Making Carne Asada is not as hard, I am a horrible cook but can make decent asada. Al Pastor can be quite complicated, the marinade is not easy to make and preparation of Al pastor is a lot more labor intensive. I attempted to make homemade Al Pastor and it was a disaster.
